Do you only provide a full service?
Whether you’re after a full architectural service which takes your project from conception to completion, or you only require a part service limited to various components applicable to you, we’re able to provide a flexible solution that adapts to your needs.
Will I require planning for my domestic home building project?
Whether or not you require planning can be a complicated question based on your proposed building location and status of your property. Our team can provide planning advice & are able to help with your application process. Contact us to discuss how we can help.
How much do you charge?
Our fees depend on the services you require from us, but it's important to remember that in the same way we aim to meet the practical needs of your project, we also can help provide a solution that meets your financial needs to. During our initial enquiry stage we'll discuss your budget requirements and work with you to provide an overall service to match.
Do you work on listed buildings?
Yes! Listed buildings carry their own obstacles that make good architectural services all the more important, but it's always worth it to see these beautiful properties at their best. Listed properties also require their own unique planning application requirements which we are able to help guide you through.
What qualifications & accreditations do you have?
We are a chartered firm under the Institute of Architectural Technologists, a CIAT Registered Practice and a Registered Practice LABC Partner. Each of our team members carry their own impressive lists of qualification and experience, with our directors Mike & Pete both hold a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Design & Technology (University of Wales Institute Cardiff).
What geographical areas do you cover?
Although we are based in Carmarthenshire we have delivered projects across the UK for a range of clients and sectors. No matter your location we'd love to discuss how we can help you.
Do you speak welsh?
Yes! Our directors are Carmarthenshire born and bred, growing up through Welsh school and are fluent Welsh speakers, as our much of our team. Cymru am byth!
