After buying what she refers to as a 'bland Lego red brick 80's build', Anne from Llandeilo was in need of an architectural firm to transform her new acquisition. Having worked with us before and trusting us from previously delivering over and above, she got in touch and we set to work.
The show-piece of the project; an extension with full aspect glazing and beautiful finishings throughout; frames the home beautifully and creates a sense of grandeur upon entering. Along with modern render finishings and efforts to reclaim bricks from the original dwelling, it's hard to believe this home was anything close to what Anne first described.
The entire property has been transformed internally with a modern kitchen and dining area, with a private dining and spa area to the rear of the property adding the perfect calm retreat.
Anne has been so pleased with her project that she has brought us in for a new project next door, and we look forward to adding more street appeal to this beautiful area.
