Set in the beautiful Penllergaer Valley Woods, 'Mansion Gardens' is a residential housing development from Enzo's Homes. Consisting of 80 homes and 11 different house types, the required a focused effort from our entire team and shows off our skills at delivering large projects with flexibility and speed.
Ranging from 3 bedroom terraced homes to 266m2 5 bedroom dream homes, each home presented various design challenges to how we could create the ideal space for people in different stages of life and with different requirements.
Each home boasts high energy efficiency with various smart eco-friendly features throughout, and utilises a range of finishes from traditional stone to cladding and brick. Overall this creates a more 'organic' feeling space that compliments the beautiful area surrounding it.
This development has proved very popular, selling out extremely quickly, and proves that whether we're designing 1 house or 80, we're able to produce functional homes that put the needs of their inhabitants first.
